This team consists of painters, builders, plumbers, carpenters, and electricians and they are ready to solve any minor mishaps which may occur. Communal Property Management
We are responsible for managing all the communal areas of your property.
This includes cleaning and maintenance of common indoor areas, such as entrance foyers, corridors and stairs. We also attend to the outdoor areas and facilities such as swimming pools, landscaped gardens, lighting and any other installations on the communal grounds of the development, which your property is a part of.
Furthermore, we perform pest control and general repairs and maintenance whenever required.
