Looking for buyer / investor for Captain Nicolas Island Ecological Resort Hotel, Alagoas North East Brazil

Once more please note that we are looking for a partner/investor.

The initial funds to buy all project is EURO 14 Million or 50% for 7.500.000 Million and the buyer with owner to develop the whole project initially by investing EURO 1 million each for building the first building in building step by step four (4) 3 floor buildings(Condo Hotel).Each building should have 84 apartments. The idea is to build the first sell it then build the second, sell it then the third and sell it, then the fourth.

Please note that in the land, which is 225000 m2 part of it is ecological state protected (mangroves) where you cannot build. You can build totally 1000 apartments or 5star-6star hotel or villas and many other things.

Following this email I am forwarding you some further info and documentation, please kindly take some time to read it carefully.

In case there is an investor/buyer interested we would like to have a signed letter of intent of them and proof of funds if possible so we can proceed and send our feasibility study along with any other documentation they may require.
